The Support and Upgrade Agreement (SUA) provides Powersim Studio users with access to telephone and e-mail support on technical and modelling issues.
SUA subscribers are also able to access to latest upgrades and Feature Packs for Powersim Studio at no additional cost.

Free download of all Service Releases which incorporate bug fixes and minor improvements into Powersim Studio.

Free download of all Feature Packs which incorporate new features and major improvements into Powersim Studio.

Free download of all Major Releases.

Terms of the Agreement
- The Support and Upgrade Agreement is based on 21% of license list price.
- The SUA becomes effective upon date of purchase of the SUA.
- The SUA is mandatory for the first 12 months with the purchase of new Powersim Studio licences.
- The SUA is automatically invoiced for successive years.
- The SUA lasts until terminated by written notice at least - 1 - month before a SUA is up for renewal.
