Accessing Technical Support

For users with a Support and Upgrade Agreement

• Submit an online request for technical support.
• Telephone and e-mail support is also available from Powersim Software (Norway). See your SUA document for contact details.
• Australian and New Zealand users may also contact Future Echoes Business Solutions (Australia) for support.

When requesting technical support remember to quote your Support and Upgrade Agreement number.

Users without a Support and Upgrade Agreement

For users without a current Support and Upgrade Agreement technical support is provided on a fee for service basis by Powersim Software.

• Support is charged at €100 (Euros) per hour.
• Any support is invoiced with a minimum of 30 minutes.
• Send us your question/problem using the On-line Support request form.
• You will be provided with an estimate of the cost of providing support for that incident
